Job summary

Aviso, LLC seeks an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our finance team in San Jose, CA. You will manage high-volume invoicing, vendor communications, and month-end close tasks to support accurate financial records.

This on-site role requires 1–3 years in AP or bookkeeping, proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Syspro optional). You will collaborate with procurement to resolve discrepancies and assist with year-end audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurate processing and entry of high-volume accounts payable invoices.
• Management of regular check runs and scheduled disbursements.
• Timely resolution of vendor inquiries.
• Month-end reconciliation of A/P accounts, expenses, and liabilities.
• Assist with sales tax reporting and filings.
• Reconcile invoicing against GRNI records.
• Collaborate with purchasing to resolve PO/invoice discrepancies.
