Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in appliance repair, strong communication, and the ability to train large audiences.

Qualifications

• Total 5+ years in appliance repair industry, either as a trainer or service technician.
• Experience in training is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Training: create comprehensive training programs including classroom and hands-on sessions for household appliances.
• Curriculum and Material Development: design and update manuals, guides, and digital resources; incorporate new techniques and safety protocols; create PowerPoint content and basic Excel usage.
• Assessment and Mentorship: evaluate trainee progress with quizzes and demonstrations; provide feedback and coaching; analyze results against KPI goals.
• Maintain Industry Standards: ensure training aligns with best practices and safety regulations; stay current with trends and tools in appliance repair.
• Collaboration and Communication: work with technical experts, partners, and management to align training with business goals; enable open trainee questions.
