The ideal candidate will train teams, translate product knowledge into compelling stories, and travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales training, product education, retail sales, brand representation, or field marketing.

Responsibilities

Train field teams, sales associates, and retail partners on key products, features, benefits, and selling strategies.
Develop engaging product training that's informative, practical, and easy for sales associates to apply with customers.
Translate technical product information into simple, compelling stories that resonate with both sales teams and consumers.
Serve as an on-camera personality and spokesperson for product education and brand content.
Create short-form and long-form video content, including product demonstrations and training videos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with brand objectives.
Conduct live or virtual training sessions and demonstrations.
Travel to retail locations and events as needed.
