Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales training, product education, or field marketing.
• Experience in retail sales or brand representation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and on-camera presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Train field teams, sales associates, and retail partners on products and selling strategies.
• Develop engaging product training that is practical and easy to apply.
• Translate technical information into clear, relatable stories for teams and customers.
• Serve as on-camera spokesperson for product education and brand content.
• Create short-form and long-form video content across channels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and creative teams to align messaging.
• Deliver live or virtual trainings and demonstrations.
• Travel to retail locations and events as needed.
