Legacy Partners is seeking a diligent on-site Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in San Ramon, CA. You will handle repairs, turnover, preventative maintenance, and site cleanliness while supporting a safe, well-maintained community.

The position operates Monday–Friday with on-call emergencies and reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor. Prior residential maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience required.
• On-site role based in San Ramon, CA with Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & repairs of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Prepare units for new residents and assist with move-in/move-out inspections.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas and grounds as needed.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and know utility shut-offs.
• Follow company policies and coordinate with the property team.
