Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential property management or multifamily housing.
• Hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine vendor needs as appropriate.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in resident-ready spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance, safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the community.
• Repair and maintain appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building components.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and apartment refurbishment as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and coordinate make-ready with vendors.
• Assist with custodial, groundskeeping, and property upkeep tasks.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation and document preventive maintenance.
