Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at an apartment community in Georgia. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership, and the ability to train, coach, and manage staff within established policies.

You will drive leasing strategies, maintain budgets, and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in multifamily property management, solid communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, conduct interviews, oversee onboarding and training
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and address underperformance with HR
• Conduct ongoing training for leasing paperwork and safety
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities
• Assist in budget preparation and adhere to budgets
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance analysis
• Promote resident satisfaction and promptly resolve service issues
• Collaborate with maintenance on timely responses to service requests
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high resident service standards
• Analyze market trends and support marketing in leasing strategy
• Follow eviction procedures and support court processes as needed
• Manage relationships with owners through updates and meetings
