RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead a leasing team and drive sales for an apartment community in Athens, GA. The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations, with accountability for staffing, training, and pricing input.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in leasing, supervisory experience, and proficiency with property management software, MS Office, and marketing tools. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination.
• 4 years’ experience in Leasing capacity - Preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in supervisory role - Preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe, and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Close leases by scheduling tours, generating leads, processing paperwork and follow-up.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan.
• Maintain a favorable image of the community for objective achievement.
• Lead leasing staff, provide training, evaluation and rewards.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address resident service requests.
