Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Horsham, PA Finance team. The role focuses on processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accuracy in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of AP experience, strong Excel + accounting software skills, and excellent attention to detail. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of AP workflows and invoice processing.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to handle high-volume transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process stock invoices according to terms and payment programs.
• Validate invoices against receiving reports for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies with warehouse staff.
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies with Purchasing.
• Process drop-ship vendor invoices for payment.
• Post and prepare credit memos as appropriate.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships via phone, email, and chat.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements for accurate balances.
• Perform various account reconciliations for financial records.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing for timely reporting.
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
