LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a manufacturing company in Hamorton, PA to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst for an immediate start. This onsite role focuses on heavy invoice processing, SOP creation, and GL cleanup across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running. Responsibilities include high-volume invoicing, 3-way matching, vendor communications, and supporting AP cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years Accounts Payable experience; manufacturing preferred.
• Experience handling heavy AP workload and SOP development.
• Strong understanding of AP-to-GL workflows and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor).Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices quickly and accurately.
• Perform 3‑way matching and resolve invoice or PO discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment issues.
• Support weekly payment runs and AP cycle management.
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs across sites.
• Assist with month-end close and GL reconciliation.
