Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution seeks an experienced Accounting Operations Manager in Horsham, PA, to lead accounts payable and vendor accounting operations. You will manage an AP team, strengthen internal controls, and drive efficiency across purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership in high‑volume transactions, strong analytical skills, and a track record of process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration with Purchasing, Warehouse

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in accounts payable, accounting operations, vendor accounting, or related financial operations.
• Minimum of three years of direct people management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, and Finance.
• Experience in distribution or inventory‑intensive environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable and vendor accounting operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage purchase order, receipt, and invoice matching processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee vendor statement reconciliations, aging reports, and outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Receiving, Inventory Control, and General Accounting to resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory-related accounting activities including COGS variances and reconciliations.
• Lead and develop Accounting Operations team members and maintain internal controls.
• Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits.
