Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of three years of affordable housing property management experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage, Yardi, MRI, AppFolio) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the affordable housing community and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Oversee leasing performance, occupancy goals, wait lists, and resident relations.
• Administer budgets, financial statements, and compliance reporting; monitor accounts receivable and expenditures.
• Supervise onsite staff and coordinate with regional management on forecasts and planning.
• Ensure Fair Housing, ADA, and all applicable regulations are followed.
