Alpha School is hiring a full-time Admissions Relationship Manager to own enrollment at a single campus. You will manage inquiries, fit conversations, campus tours, shadow days, and final decisions with families in one of 10 markets. Expect a fast-paced, high-touch environment serving affluent families.

You will work on-site daily, coordinating with a network of campuses and utilizing HubSpot and SIS to track progress and outcomes. Prior experience with AI tools for prep and summaries is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer of $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month.
• Owned enrollment journey from first inquiry through commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM or tracking system.
• Communicated concisely with executives and high-net-worth clients.
• Led in-person tours, presentations, and hosted experiences for affluent families.

Responsabilités

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at once across stages.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Make admit or decline decisions and communicate them personally to families.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS after every interaction and report pipeline health weekly.
