Alpha School is seeking an Admissions Relationship Manager to own the enrollment journey for a single campus, from first inquiry to onboarding. You will manage 20+ active families across stages, lead tours and info sessions, and deliver admissions decisions personally.

You will maintain CRM data in HubSpot and the SIS, coordinate with leadership on pipeline health, and use AI tools to prepare materials and summaries. This is a full-time, on-site role in one campus with daily in-person engagement.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where a family was the buyer of $25k+ per client.
• Owned an enrollment journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/database.
• Personally told a prospective client not to enroll when not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Delivered polished in-person tours and presentations for affluent families.
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days.
• Willing to work on-site at a campus daily in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family, from inquiry through onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at different stages simultaneously.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form the admit or decline recommendation and deliver the decision to the family.
• Keep HubSpot and the SIS current after every interaction; report pipeline health weekly.
