On-Site Accounts Receivable Specialist & Office Support

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a well established family-owned construction company in Lake Oswego, OR to hire an Accounts Receivable Administrator / Receptionist. This on-site role combines AR responsibilities with light office duties, including answering phones and supporting multiple departments.

You will manage invoicing, payments, AR follow-up, collections, and assist with accounting tasks while coordinating with production for billing schedules and supplier/vendor payments.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of bookkeeping experience or an Associate degree in Accounting.
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Collections experience strongly preferred
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Sage 100 or QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Construction or homeowners insurance experience is a bonus

Aufgaben

• Handle customer invoicing and payment processing
• Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Handle collections, billing disputes, and account reconciliation
• Coordinate with production to establish customer billing schedules
• Assist customers with tracking insurance claim payments
• Track and approve vendor fees
• Answer incoming phones and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and distribute office mail
• Help Accounts Payable with invoice entry and other tasks as needed
• Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
• Provide administrative support to estimators and production
• Jump in on miscellaneous office projects
