Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Knowledge of payment application and reconciliation processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Typing and 10-key data entry proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Process daily customer payments including ACH, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Apply payments accurately and reconcile accounts.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with payment questions.
• Monitor and respond to accounting emails.
• Investigate and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with additional accounting duties as needed.
