Job summary

Burton Snowboards is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the AR lifecycle for a portfolio of high-volume, chargeback-heavy accounts based in Burlington, VT. You will verify invoices, pursue collections, resolve chargebacks, and support cash application and reporting to help protect cash flow.

Ideal candidates have AR/collections experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Logistics, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Accounts receivable, collections, or related finance experience.
• Experience managing high-volume or chargeback-heavy accounts in retail or wholesale preferred.
• ERP or order-management systems familiarity; Infor M3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high-volume, chargeback-intensive key accounts.
• Own the AR lifecycle: invoice verification, collections, chargeback resolution.
• Reconcile large customer returns, coordinate with logistics and account management.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Support cash forecasting and year-end reserve calculations.
• Assist with ad hoc AR projects and customer master maintenance.
