Job summary

Technipaq, Inc. in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to support orders and customer relations in a manufacturing environment.

You will assist customers with new and existing orders, coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain electronic files, and provide phone and email support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and experience reading order

Qualifications

• Min. of 5 years customer account management experience in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of how to read order specifications.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships by phone and email.
• Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment (positive attitude!).
• Strong MS Office, project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the new and existing order processes.
• Provide support to the sales staff as it relates to orders.
• Liaise with all other departments to ensure timely delivery of product as promised.
• Maintain customers' electronic files.
• Provide phone support, filing, and other general office activity as required to maintain customer satisfaction.
