Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years in Manufacturing Sales / Account Management / Customer Operations / Customer Success / Account Coordination / Order Management / Customer Service (B2B)
• Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Build trusted relationships by providing responsive, professional service and keeping customers informed throughout the order lifecycle.
• Prepare, review, and process customer quotes and sales orders; verify pricing, quantities, specs, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate payment processing and customer documentation; manage order revisions, cancellations, returns (RMA), and customer requests.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Purchasing to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions; communicate changes across departments.
