Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to manage worker registration and badging, monitor site access, and support parking, visitors, and deliveries on customer construction sites. This field-based role requires in-person work at multiple sites with potential travel across the U.S., and a valid Texas TOPS guard card is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Tech forward and adaptable to SOPs in English

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identities
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts maintained
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with logs
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and tech troubleshooting
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with special access control tasks as needed
