Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our on-site team in Royse City, TX. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, and ensuring site security across customer construction sites.

You will collaborate with leadership and support parking, visitors, and deliveries while maintaining high service levels. The position requires shift-based hours and flexibility, with a valid Texas guard card (TOPS) and proven professionalism under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identities at the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for headcount accuracy.
• Parking Management: provide and monitor parking passes and compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for customers.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and tech troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with one-time access control needs.
