Job summary

Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer to join our on-site team at a Texas construction site. You will handle worker registration, badging, and uphold site security while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

This field-based role follows a shift-based schedule with local travel as needed. A valid Texas guard card (TOPS) is required; you will coordinate with senior leadership to support safety and site operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on more responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control for entrants
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are worn and scanned for identity/ headcount
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking regions
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries both ways
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, and logs
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers and sites
