Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to ensure secure, efficient site operations on customer construction sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, deliveries, and related documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication, and adherence to site-specific SOPs. A valid Texas Guard Card (TOPS) is required, with shifts that may vary by project needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain site security protocols.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control and worker badges on site.
• Coordinate with customer and Sitemetric teams on security requirements.
• Provide parking, visitor, and delivery management; document activities.
