Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field operations. This role entails in-person work at one or more Sitemetric job sites in the local area, with travel across the United States as needed.

You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure site safety and security. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional adept at handling high-pressure environments, with flexible hours due to shift-based schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance for everyone entering the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified.
• Parking Management: provide and monitor parking passes and compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
