Job summary

SITEMETRIC LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time evening shifts in Mansfield, TX. You will ensure secure entries, badge issuance, visitor/delivery handling, and daily coordination with site leadership to maximize safety and service quality.

The role requires on-site work at multiple job sites, strong English communication, and flexibility for shift changes. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment.
• Follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters/leaves the site.
• Ensure personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and headcount.
• Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Document visitors and verify deliveries, maintaining written records.
• Support customers and workers across access control, tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
