Job summary

CEI seeks an A+ Certified Workstation Analyst to support end-user computing on-site in Columbia, SC. This 12-month W2 contract may extend or convert to full-time with either the client or CEI, and pays $23-$27/hour plus benefits.

You will configure, install, and maintain workstation hardware and software, provide user support, create guidelines, and document configurations to improve security and consistency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• A+ Certification is required.
• Experience providing end-user desktop support in technical operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and guide users.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, monitor, and maintain workstation hardware and software for end users.
• Provide technical support and guidance via a ticket/dispatch process.
• Create and update end-user guidelines and provide on-site training.
• Support imaging concepts and standardized configurations.
• Test, troubleshoot, modify, and document application packages.
• Document configurations and standards to improve resolution speed and consistency.
• Assist with reporting, inventory tracking, and part ordering.
