Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze the operation of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Physical ability to work in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Monitor the quality of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
