Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Mascoutah, IL is seeking an Operating/Building Engineer to maintain and repair building systems during the 10PM–6:30AM shift. You will operate, troubleshoot, and service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems to ensure peak performance and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, CMMS experience (Corrigo), and a High School diploma. You will coordinate with external maintenance crews, manage inventory, and support safe, reliable facility

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze operation of MEP and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
• Working knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo).

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Record equipment readings and adjust parameters to optimize performance.
• Monitor outside contractor maintenance for quality and cost control.
• Manage facility services, purchasing and inventory coordination.
• Inventory checks for tools and equipment to ensure availability.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hazardous materials safely.
