Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Analyze operation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
• Working knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical ability to access equipment in varying environments and hours.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain and night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, repair and monitor building systems to standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and related equipment.
• Record readings and adjust systems to prevent issues.
• Oversee maintenance costs and contractor performance.
• Manage facility services, inventory and procurement tasks.
• Inspect lighting, plumbing fixtures and safety systems; address blockages.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials and clean workspace.
