• Meets local age and license requirements

• Health and Safety Knowledge: basic injury prevention and safe work practices
• Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Knowledge: basic understanding of compliance regulations
• Small Package Operations Knowledge: basic knowledge of processes and tools used in small package handling

Responsibilities

• Completes administrative tasks (performance reviews, accident reports, service failures, training) to facilitate dispatch planning.
• Completes audits during supervision rides to ensure adherence to UPS policies.
• Utilizes technology to identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk mitigation.
• Communicates with customers to address service concerns and determine solutions meeting business goals.
• Uncovers opportunities to forward to relevant departments for follow up and business development.
• Encourages service providers to identify and forward volume development opportunities to management.
• Creates a customer-focused work environment emphasizing service and business growth.
• Communicates customers’ business needs to employees to clarify job responsibilities and impact on customers.
