Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Sales Manager to act as the on-property sales contact, proactively soliciting revenue opportunities and upselling services to maximize hotel revenue. You will drive both individual and team targets while ensuring timely handoffs to service delivery.

This role requires building strong relationships with existing and new clients, conducting site inspections, and responding quickly to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel sales processes and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and handle revenue opportunities; upsell products and services.
• Achieve personal and team revenue goals; ensure proper turnover to service delivery.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers; conduct sales calls and site inspections.
• Respond to inquiries within market segment within 4 hours.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and revenue; create and manage sales contracts.
• Understand budgets and contribute to department financial goals.
