Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an on-site Sales Manager to proactively solicit revenue opportunities for our property. You will upsell offerings, forecast group blocks, and drive revenue to meet personal and hotel goals.

Lead by example in sales processes, build client relationships, and mentor team members while coordinating with events and convention services for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Must have (3+) years of progressive sales experience in hospitality.
• Experience in hospitality sales; luxury/experiential brands preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and upsell services.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and handle revenue opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.
• Upsell products and services throughout the sales process.
• Forecast group room nights and revenue prior to turnover.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers through calls, visits and events.
• Lead and mentor others in sales processes and account management.
• Coordinate with Convention Services for event execution.
