Job summary

Regal Wine Company, a luxury wine distributor, is hiring a Sales Representative for the On-Premise division in California. You will report to the District Manager and drive growth by expanding account base, delivering tastings, trainings, and events.

Join a team committed to service excellence, strong partnerships with management and suppliers, and ongoing development. The role includes travel within CA and a competitive pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience required; wine sales experience preferred.
• Flexible hours: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends for events.
• Ability to travel within California up to 6 times per year for education and training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned territory, including new placements and revenue targets.
• Provide educational wine training to accounts and staff through tastings, seminars, and events.
• Build relationships with Regal Wine Company management and supplier partners.
• Manage account relationships and drive territory growth with daily preplanning.
• Present unique wine programs aligned with Regal Wine Company standards.
