Job summary

Jackson Family Wines is seeking a Sales Representative for the Regal Division on-premise in California. You will achieve sales goals, train accounts through tastings and events, and build strong relationships with management and suppliers to drive territory growth.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years sales experience (wine sales preferred), willingness to travel within California up to six times annually, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience; wine sales preferred.
• Able to travel within California up to 6 times per year.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexible hours: Monday–Friday, with some weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals in the assigned territory.
• Provide wine education through tastings, seminars, and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with management and supplier partners.
• Plan daily activities to maximize territory growth.
• Create wine presentations aligned with Regal standards.
• Grow relationships with key accounts in the territory.
• Manage accounts receivable and communicate with management.
• Continue to develop wine knowledge and sales skills.
• Adapt quickly to changes; perform other duties as assigned.
