Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring a Spirits Sales Representative for the San Diego South area. You will cultivate account relationships, plan routes, and drive sales of beer, wine and spirits through effective selling and in-store promotions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in sales, with strong communication and analytical skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Calls on accounts and routes with an established pattern.
• Analyze account base and identify opportunities; complete surveys and ensure compliance.
• Deliver presentations on products, promotions and placements.
• Maintain product levels and restock shelves where allowed.
• Educate staff on priority brands and train when needed.
• Process credits/returns and manage receivables.
• Deliver products, handle issues and refer to management as needed.
• Assist openings with opening orders and participate in supplier work.
