Job summary

Morales Beverage Group in South Dade, FL is seeking a Sales Representative, On-Premise, to drive distribution and brand presence across bars, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues.

Reporting to the On-Premise Manager, you will develop new accounts, nurture existing relationships, coordinate tastings and promotions, and ensure excellent customer service while hitting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years beverages alcohol sales experience (On-Premise preferred).
• Strong Spirits knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; able to interact across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PC skills required.
• Must hold a valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with on-premise accounts.
• Sales Execution: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Brand Building & Activation: Coordinate tastings, staff trainings, and promotions.
• Reporting & Administration: Enter orders and track performance in the CRM; provide reports.
