Job summary

Morales Beverage Group in South Florida seeks a Sales Representative, On-Premise to drive distribution and growth across bars, restaurants, hotels and venues. You will develop new accounts, strengthen relationships, and support sales objectives with brand initiatives.

The role emphasizes engagement with decision-makers, menu placements and staff education to elevate MBG’s spirits portfolio in the on-premise channel.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience (On-Premise preferred).
• Strong spirits knowledge and ability to build relationships.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; good communication.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to travel locally and attend meetings as required.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Account management: build and grow on-premise spirits accounts in assigned territory.
• Sales execution: meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, yearly goals and drive distribution.
• Brand activation: coordinate tastings, promotions, menu features, and training.
• Reporting: log orders, activity, and territory data; monitor incentives and program results.
