Morales Beverage Group Florida is seeking a Sales Representative, Off-Premise to drive revenue growth across Broward, West Palm Beach and nearby markets. You will build relationships with retail and off-premise accounts, execute promotions, and ensure proper merchandising and POS execution.

Reporting to the State Chain Manager, you will travel daily within the territory, meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, and provide timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
• Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across teams.
• Must be proactive, resourceful and efficient.
• This position requires local travel and occasional out-of-town travel.
• Hold a Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsabilités

• Account management and building relationships with retail and off-premise accounts.
• Visit accounts regularly to ensure merchandising standards and proper product placement.
• Execute brand programs, promotions and schematics in line with company initiatives.
• Present and place new items, rotate stock, and ensure proper tagging and POS material usage.
• Negotiate for shelf space and store-level promotions.
• Travel daily within assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Track inventory levels and advise on reorders to avoid stockouts.
