Job summary

Morales Beverage Group in Florida seeks a Sales Representative, Off-Premise to drive revenue growth across Broward and West Palm Beach markets. You will build retailer relationships, execute brand programs, manage shelf placement, and process orders on-site to support sales goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and off-premise accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to ensure merchandising standards and proper product placement.
• Execute brand programs, promotions, and schematics in line with company initiatives.
• Present and place new items, rotate stock, and ensure tagging and POS materials are used.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space and store-level promotions.
• Travel daily within assigned territory and meet sales goals.
• Educate retail staff on product knowledge to support in-store sales.
