Job summary

Morales Beverage Group (MBG) seeks a Sales Representative, Off-Premise to drive revenue by acquiring new accounts and strengthening relationships with retailers in Florida. You will manage in-store merchandising, execute brand programs, and process on-site orders to meet sales goals.

You will travel daily within the assigned territory, promote MBG products, and educate retail staff on product knowledge. A high school diploma and a valid Florida driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the beer/ beverages industry preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office, email, basic analytics).
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across teams.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Attendance at local meetings and occasional travel.
• 21 years or older; valid Florida driver’s license.
• Reliable, insured transportation per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and off-premise accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals; drive incremental sales.
• Ensure product displays meet visual standards and execute promotions.
• Complete accurate reports and track market trends and competition.
