Job summary

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow the On-Premise portfolio in Raleigh, NC. You will build relationships, plan targeted initiatives, and advance accounts through consultative selling while representing top beverage brands.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, a BS or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Representative role or higher.
• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer contact and relationship management.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives to grow accounts.
• Handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Understand products and promotions to present effectively.
• Make sales presentations and achieve company objectives.
• Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts.
• Utilize POS tools to enhance selling efforts.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Pass Criminal Background and MVR checks.
