Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to grow an established spirits portfolio in the On/Off-Premise customer base within the assigned territory. You will rely on consultative selling to build relationships and service accounts, with a focus on opening new opportunities.

Requirements include a BS or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.

• Minimum 2 years in a Sales Representative role or higher; BS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Grow an established spirits portfolio with On/Off-Premise accounts.
• Expand within territory and open new accounts where appropriate.
• Build relationships and service accounts with prompt, friendly support.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives; deliver effective presentations.
• Achieve company objectives and identify undersold opportunities.
• Leverage POS data and promotions to maximize selling efforts.
• Adhere to policies and handle paperwork in a timely manner.
