Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales projections and develop monthly/annual sales goals.
• Recruit, train and manage subordinates; maintain market trend knowledge.
• Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet profit objectives.
• Develop pricing, promotions and displays with branch managers; lead key account calls.
