Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive market growth by working with Distributors and managing annual business plans.

You will focus on off- and on-premise accounts and represent our craft beer portfolio from multiple brands. The role requires at least 2 years in beverage sales, experience with VIP/Encompass or similar tools, and a typical field schedule with 10–15 visits per day across accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience at a Beverage Distributor or Brewery.
• Use of VIP, Encompass or other sales analytical tools.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selling: identify volume driving opportunities and sell into distributors and retailers.
• Analysis: use VIP/Encompass or similar tools to identify sales trends and drive actions.
• Relationship Building: build relationships with Distributor Partners, Key Retailers and the Community to grow off- and on-premise accounts.
• Planning: build annual and trimester plans with measurement against goals.
• Communication: clear written and oral communication with stakeholders.
• Accountability: manage daily business to hit volume and budgets.
• Execution: ensure flawless execution of programs with partners and accounts.
• Quality: monitor inventory and ensure product is fresh and well-presented.
