Job summary

L&F Distributors LLC is seeking an On-Premise Sales Coordinator to lead field execution of sales initiatives and retailer programming. You will train the On-Premise Team and their direct reports, manage supplier relationships, and drive market share with a focus on beverage brands.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven sales record, and knowledge of our product lines. You will coordinate with staff to meet goals and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a sales leadership role.
• Proven record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership skills setting vision for staff and helping them succeed.
• Knowledge of all brands and packages sold by L&F Distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of sales initiatives and retailer programming.
• Train and develop On-Premise Team and their direct reports and supplier relationships.
• Oversee and develop regional sales managers to ensure performance.
• Conduct training for staff such as draught line cleaners and drivers.
• Build rapport with customers, staff, and coworkers to grow sales.
