Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Boise, Idaho. You will drive market growth by working with distributors and retailers to expand in/off-premise beer accounts and promotions. You will utilize VIP/Encompass to identify trends and take action to push volumes.

The role requires relationship-building with distributor partners, detailed planning, and strong communication. Expect field visits 4–5 days per week and a focus on execution and QA across accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage distribution or brewery sales preferred.
• Experience with VIP/Encompass or similar tools to analyze sales trends.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell to distributors and retailers and identify volume opportunities.
• Analyze sales trends using VIP/Encompass or similar tools to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Partners and key retailers.
• Plan annual and trimester initiatives with clear measurement against goals.
