This role leads an eight-person sales force, oversees merchandising and marketing activities, and sets monthly and annual goals for beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to drive profitability. The successful candidate will recruit, train, and motivate subordinates, stay ahead of market trends, and coordinate pricing with branch managers to meet company profit

Qualifications

• One year of Sales or Management beverage industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Directs On-Premise sales workforce to highest levels of efficiency and productivity.
• Meet or exceed annual sales projections and maximize account volume and profitability.
• Develop monthly and annual beer case and draft sales goals by brand, package and route.
• Coordinate with branch managers on monthly displays, merchandising and pricing.
• Lead recruitment, training and management of subordinates.
• Monitor performance against goals and adjust actions as needed.
• Establish and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet profit objectives.
