Job summary

L&F Distributors, LLC is seeking an On-Premise Sales Coordinator to lead field execution of sales initiatives and retailer programming. The role trains and develops the On-Premise Team and manages supplier relationships to drive growth.

You will oversee staff, coach for improved performance, and ensure adherence to TAB C guidelines while leveraging product knowledge and market trends to increase sales and strengthen customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a sales leadership role.
• Proven record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership skills to set the vision for staff and guide them to success.
• Excellent knowledge of all brands and packages L&F Distributors sells.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the sale of all products in accordance with company guidelines and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (T.A.B.C.).
• Leads a team toward challenging sales goals for all sales and delivery staff to expand sales and market share.
• Provides development and coaching to staff to identify customer needs and close more sales.
