Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Charlotte is hiring an On-Premise Key Accounts Manager to lead strategic account partnerships with national, regional, and independent venues. You will drive end-to-end commercial execution, manage distributor relationships, and oversee local programming and promotions.

This role involves budgeting, field travel, and collaborating with marketing to bring in-market activations. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years in consumer goods are required; relocation not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of work-related experience in consumer goods.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Understanding distribution, promotion, and selling techniques, alongside strong analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of commercial responsibilities, boosting NSV, DGP, market share and KPIs.
• Assess distributor performance, optimize pricing, programming, and market execution.
• Lead local programming strategy, budgeting, and resource management.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with marketing for in-market activations.
