Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Market & Key Accounts Manager to lead a critical group of on-premise accounts in Cleveland, OH. You will work with distributors and marketing to drive NSV, market share, and brand activation across local accounts.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years in consumer goods, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills. Travel and lifting up to 45 lbs may be required, with a competitive compensation package including bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of work experience in consumer goods.
• Stakeholder management and partnership development experience.
• Understanding of distribution, promotions, and selling techniques.
• Experience with On-Premise Key Accounts.
• Excellent planning and self-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and endure walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of NSV, DGP, and market share growth in assigned accounts.
• Manage local programming strategy, execution, and resources.
• Execute on-premise events and samplings and coordinate with distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster partnerships.
• Lead business planning and alignment with local leadership.
